Paula Renee’ (Paula Robinson) is a human resources consultant by profession.  What she has learned during the practice of her profession is that good business practices are closely aligned with Christian principles.  For example, when you treat people well, both employees and customers, and your endeavors will be rewarded.  

Paula has identified her personal mission as helping others resolve conflict whenever the opportunity presents itself. She has a solo singing ministry, and is a singer and choir director at Cleveland Avenue Baptist Church in Kansas City.  She describes her work at KCPZ as the perfect intersection of her passion for sharing her faith, her love of gospel music and her desire to help her community be the best it can be.  She believes that Christians have an obligation to connect people in need to resources they may not know exist.  When you meet people at their place of need, it opens to door to introducing them to the Gospel or strengthening their faith.

Nate (Nathan Salary) a minister of the Gospel at Kingdom Living Center of Love church in Kansas City, Mo, under the leadership of Pastor Curtis L. Harris and Pastor Stacy King. Stacy, Curtis, and Nate were raised and trained under the tutelage of Bishop Ralph A. Salary of Christ is The Answers Ministries.  Since Bishop Salary went to be with the Lord in 2011, Nate has endeavored to build on the work his father started, ministering both here in Kansas City and in North Dakota. In 2015 Nate began the process of planting Christ is The Answer International Ministries in Williston, ND. Which is two hours away from Christ is The Answer New Life church of Killdeer, ND., planted and led by Bishop Ralph  A. Salary in 2002.

Nate also works as an elementary school teacher and business owner where he continues to serve our community as a positive influence on the lives of all he encounters.
